In general keeping things minimal here. Minimize all kind of deps required,
Jackson is too heavvy IMO. Especially all kind of transitive dependencies make
integration with enterpise much more difficult, could even be a blocker in some
cases...
And: fair enough to have something working before switching the deps, though I
would not do it that way. For time being I suggest to move this module to the
experimental tree, since I think we will not be ready with the target solution
until 1.0 and we should not loose any time for waiting on it...
