The tamaya extensions code defines a dependency on
com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305 as well as the findbugs-maven-plugin, though
the version definition is the same for both. The problem is that there is no
version 3.0.4 of the google jsr305 artifact. It also appears that the jsr305
artifact isn't actually used. This is a ticket to remove the dependency on a
non-existent artifact that isn't used.
