btw:

the servicedefinition for org.apache.tamaya.spi.ConfigurationBuilder still 
fails because org.apache.tamaya.spisupport.CoreConfigurationContextBuilder 
doesn't exists.

Maybe it should be org.apache.tamaya.spisupport.DefaultConfigurationBuilder?

 

Also you missed to change 
core/src/main/resources/META-INF/services/org.apache.tamaya.core.internal.ConfigValueEvaluator
