How to deploy tapestry4.0.2 app with OC4J 10.1.3

Hello ,
I build a simple app and deployed on Tomcat and SUN AS PE9 successful
,but throws exception on Oc4j
The exception when deploy tapestry in Oracle Application Server 10g
500 Internal Server Error
