We don't number the tapestry releases the same way we used to anymore. Stability will be voted on ~after~ a release has seen some usage.
That being said, I'm sure 5 months will only make the 4.1 series that much more stable, I just can't guarantee that it will be "final" by then. Stable yes, but not final. Maybe I should create web 2.0 "stable" icon that we can place on the website somewhere when it gets there ;) On 8/28/06, stefon <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hi all! first i'd like to say thx for your great work.. here is my question: is there any "vague" date where the 4.1 release is going stable? i'm asking this because we would like to use the 4.1 release at work. Our project is planned to be stable at january 2007. if there is no way that the 4.1 release is stable at this time, we will use the 4.0.1 version. thx for your help! greetings stefan p.s. i KNOW it's done when it's done. just an approximation would be nice *g* Jessek wrote: > > I started a tapestry 4.1 roadmap page in the wiki to give people a general > idea of where we're headed.
