I'd prefer .xhtml, although if both .html and .xhtml could be used, I don't
see that being terrible.  It wouldn't really be configurable -- Tapestry
would just add both to its search path.

That way, those needing .html for their tools would be all set, and those
wanting .xhtml for validation (e.g., in IntelliJ IDEA) would also be all
set.
