There should be a switch that turns of all default css classes in Tapestry.
If one want's to output pure html without any css attached there should be
switch to tell components not to include any css file references in the header.
Also Grid components lean is a great thing, but a global lean would be perfect.
(Although lean doesn't remove the attached css file reference.)
