For starters, i've set up a new project to build the docs http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/view/Tapestry/job/tapestry-5.2-docs/
It's run once a day and the resulting site is immediately available at http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/view/Tapestry/job/tapestry-5.2-docs/site/ Also, my last comment was inaccurate - i remembered reading about some other project copying its docs from hudson to people, but they're scp-ing from hudson to people (with credentials specified in command line!)
