First attempt at a 5.3.0 release has failed due to the JDK 1.6
dependency, which Igor has already fixed.

I'll blow away the Nexus repository and the SVN release tag and try
again as a new 5.3.0 vote (I don't see a reason to bump up the version
number).  I'll probably do the work on Sunday.
