I don't have the ability to change the title, so maybe someone else
would like to do this? Or if the Apache infrastructure people have to
be called in, I can file that issue with them if there is agreement to
do so.

The "Tapestry" project in JIRA contains issues for 4.x and some early
5.x versions, but changing the title to "Tapestry 4", while not 100%
accurate, would solve the problem nicely.
