I use Tapestry5 to develop our website application. Now we are planning to develop a mobile webapp which is going to be very basic. So, the most obvious question for me is what framework I am going to use. Should I go with tapestry itself? No doubt, tapestry is a very good controller as far as the desktop web application is considered. But, is it good enough for mobile devices as well? Tapestry adds a lots of components and assets on its own; but for mobile an app has to be as light as possible. And, hence I was thinking of starting from scratch and thought of using struts 1.3 which is very raw and not as sophisticated as tapestry. Please advice.
