Have you guys seen these books? http://www.aosabook.org/? I've just
learned about them and they seem quite interesting.
I know I'm late, but they're working on a book about performance:

Maybe we, specially Howard, could write about how Tapestry 5 was sped up
from 5.1 to 5.2 and beyond . . . :)
