Did that affect the build? It seems like the upload to Nexus works, but the upload of source/binary/doc artifacts fails.
The build currently uses the same userName/password for both, does this need to change? It's interesting that the final files are now distributed using svnpubsub ... that means in order to upload a release, I'll need to SVN commit to https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/tapestry. There's also a https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/tapestry repository for development releases, expressly for sharing files that are to be voted on.
