What do you use to run your application? Run-jetty-run
(https://github.com/xzer/run-jetty-run) is the easiest to get started with in
Eclipse. Try it if you haven't. If you are using the built-in container
support, by default it copies files around so changes are not reflected. Also
make sure you have the production-mode turned off (see the troubleshooting
guide again).
