To whom it may concern,
I downloaded the schema (xsd) of the t2flow from
'http://taverna.incubator.apache.org/ns/2008/xml/t2flow/'.
I checked with xmllint if a t2flow generated with taverna workbench 2.5.4 is
right using the schema.xsd I downloaded but it fails.
I found the following error:
adminuser@linux-fftx:~/Downloads/Pharmacokinetic> xmllint --noout --schema
t2flow.xsd dataflow.t2flow
dataflow.t2flow:1: element lastPredictedDepth: Schemas validity error : Element
'{http://taverna.sf.net/2008/xml/t2flow}lastPredictedDepth': This element is
not expected. Expected is ( {http://taverna.sf.net/2008/xml/t2flow}annotations
).
dataflow.t2flow:1: element lastPredictedDepth: Schemas validity error : Element
'{http://taverna.sf.net/2008/xml/t2flow}lastPredictedDepth': This element is
