Commons RDF http://commonsrdf.incubator.apache.org/ provides a framework
neutral API for RDF. We should allow inspection and modifications of
taverna-robundle Annotations using Commons RDF.
An equivalent of SCUFL2's AnnotationTools should be added to robundle to avoid
blowing up the PathAnnotation class.
Note that parsers/writer APIs in Commons RDF is still experimental - see
https://github.com/apache/incubator-commonsrdf/pull/21 - and practically this
would also require at least one implementation binding for Commons RDF (e.g.
Jena )
