In the [attestation](https://teaclave.apache.org/docs/codebase/attestation/) page, the way to binding is `We make the certificate cryptographically bound to a specific enclave instance by adding the public key of the certificate in the attestation report.`, how the service certification can get revoked and re-issued at runtime ?
