Review Comment:
   I'm a bit confused about the logic here:
   
   `request_more_capacity()` could return error according its inner logic, 
right?
   Regarding that, it should raise the error to the caller.
   
   Current code:
   ```
                   if p.request_more_capacity(len).is_err() {
                       unreachable!()
                   }
   ```
   means it should never return error?
