[^jar_NOTICE_files] contains the NOTICE files from all tez jars present in the
binary distribution.
Some jar files are using "Apache Tez" as a product name while others use the
module name e.g., "tez-history-parser". Ideally we should pick and use one
pattern consistently for all artifacts and I think "Apache Tez" is preferred.
Some jar files such as tez-build-tools-0.10.4.jar, do not have the correct
distribution years in the NOTICE.
