According to the ASF
[website-policy|https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html] Google
analytics cannot be used by any ASF website.
The goal is to replace the the Google analytics with sef-hosted matomo instance
and make the analytics available under: [https://analytics.apache.org/]
