Can Thrift unpack a protocol data inplace?

Usually, we use a outter protocol as a container which indicates some basic 
information, such as
 SubCommand( to dispatch the real request), Version etc. In this situation, if 
Thrift can't unpack data inplace, the CPU cost is heavy.
