The patch does not support nonblocking server. You can take a look at changes
made to other server implementations in order to get them work on WIN32, as it
solves most of the problems like the one you reported (Cannot open include file
'unistd.h'), generally, you should just remove that include and add "#include
<Config.h>" instead of it.
I also think that nonblocking server depend on libevent library, so you would
need to include it too.
