Build bot software?

As D support has arrived in trunk a while ago, it would obviously be 
good if its test suite was included in the regular build bot runs. As 
far as I can tell from the logs, this is currently not the case – 
which is not surprising, as a D compiler isn't exactly part of the 
default setup on most systems right now.

Is it possible to request additional software to be installed on the 
Apache build slave(s)? If so, what would be the process for that?
