Richard, nice work on this tutorial. I have taken it and modified it slightly
to allow for a common theme across all tutorials with shared information (such
as building the compiler and information about tutorial.thrift file) and a set
layout for all tutorials of: shared info, language prerequisites, client,
server, additional information (optional).
