[This patch|^thrift-2408-namedpipes-csharp.patch] is based on [~carlyeks]'s 
code at 
https://github.com/carlyeks/thrift/commit/313e0e2d3d46607ce1185ce55e3d1c4ebce03241

I fixed a few bugs, added the server name option and included the named pipes 
transport into the test server/client.
