Our Jenkins server (former Hudson) does run the whole build, unit-test and
cross testing. This ticket and the .travis.yml is only about Travis CI, please
see https://travis-ci.org/apache/thrift/
Travis CI has the advantage of been quite well integrated with github, where it
can build pull requests as soon as they get created.
