I believe commit {{0b046d8c3fbd7327e37ae81e284f8c433484e1ea}} will generate
uncompilable code if a thrift method named {{elements}} is used. Let's keep all
the imports in {{compiler/cpp/src/generate/t_hs_generator.cc}} fully qualified
to minimize the chance of a clash like THRIFT-2187.
