Description: A server using {{TNamedPipeServerTransport}} cannot be stopped
if the server does not see any traffic and is stuck in {{WaitForConnection()}}.
Closing and disposing the pipe stream does not work in all cases with
synchronous I/O. (was: A server using {TNamedPipeServerTransport}} cannot be
