I'm trying to run `aclocal` and then `autoconf` on a fresh git clone and I get
the following errors:

$ aclocal
$ autoconf
configure.ac:91: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_PROG_BISON
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
