[~roger.meier] this issue is over 4 years old and the earliest code I could
find is 0.6.0 for examination so there is no way for me to even know what was
on that line of code at the time. Unless this can be reproduced, and given
this defect has no reproduction instructions, should we resolve this as not
reproducible?
