Description:
fbthrift has some more commits from the main author of current version of
Apache Thrift haskell lib.
Those commits are not at all new (mostly 1 year old) and contains following
* hadrock comments
* fixes some JSON protocols issues
* pretty JSON protocols
* some cleanup and potential performance improvement
* a few fixes for code generation
To avoid an unecessarily huge diff, I'll first merge comments and trivial
changes in this sub-task.
