hey [~nsuke], we as a PMC can not take patches directly from the fbthrift
repository and just apply them to our repo. They must follow the contribution
process and be donated back to Apache Thrift from Facebook in the form of a
patch or if Facebook was to grant IP clearance to their new fbthrift repository
we would be able to take that in. Ping [~davejwatson@fb] for help with
THRIFT-3399
