    C++ transport: implement interruptable TSSLSocket

    - implement interruptable TSSLSocket using non-blocking
    sockets and non-blocking bios
    - introduce getter getInterruptSocket() in TSocket class
    - modified TSSLSocketFactory to be able to create
    interruptable TSSLSockets.
