This busted
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ApacheSoftwareFoundation/thrift/build/364 which
was a build for THRIFT-3038. Two other builds succeeded. 1 out of 3 builds
failing is not something we can tolerate. We need a more stable location from
which to download this package. Perhaps instead of letting sourceforge pick a
mirror, we pick a mirror and code it into the build?
