Add support for a message bus, for example to begin we can use RabbitMQ.
1. Support C++
2. Support point-to-point and broadcase usage patterns with oneway.
3. Support a full roundtrip RPC pattern.
4. Provide unit tests and a CI environment for it.
In the future, we will add more languages and additional message bus patterns.
