Well, the first step is opening an issue and you are covered there. The next
step would be a PR on Github but before we get to that, it would be best if you
could summarize what have you changed and why. Are your changes backwards
compatible? How about with other officially supported languages? Do the cross
tests pass? Can your changes live out of tree as a library and if so, why do
you think it should be upstreamed?
