James E. King III commented on THRIFT-4769:
-------------------------------------------

Yes, I tried four times to generate the 0.12.0 release for NuGet with proper
symbols.  0.10.0 was fine.  0.11.0 was fine.  0.12.0 would not properly deploy
symbols.  This doesn't affect the ability to use the library, only to debug it
when something unexpected happens.  It is an issue that needs to be tracked and
resolved, and now we are.

> Change NuGet package to use netstd artifact

>
> The top level file `ApacheThrift.nuspec` takes artifacts from the C# and
> .NETCore builds and places them into a single multi-target nuget package.
> This needs to be changed to work with netstd for the 0.13.0 release.  I'm
> going to make this a blocker to ensure it gets done for the next release, as
> I don't think we should publish a 0.13.0 on deprecated artifacts.
