Thanks - marking this as a blocker for 0.13.0. In the meantime you can
download a 0.12.0 tgz from github off the 0.12.0 tag. We really shouldn't have
any links at all in the archive that I'm aware of, so part of the packaging
solution will be to guarantee none are present.
