I will give a look. I asked because i also have used a netstd middleware as a 
websockets transport, but while the transport is very clearly separated from 
the other concepts the set up of the middleware is not trivial in one single 
file like the case most transports. So, i am looking for inspiration and maybe 
also could give you some comment.
