Description:
To solve a number of security audits, Javascript dependencies have been updated
in f8b3698ab49. However the update of jsdoc seems to break the build with error
"{{TypeError: fs.copyFileSync is not a function}}" that supposedly is fixed in
NodeJS 8.11.1.
Since NodeJS 8.x is EOL as of January 2020, the currently oldest supported
NodeJS is 10.x.
