Hi Jens - Can we unblock the rest of the project by excluding Rust from the CI build until I sort things out? That way I’m not holding up the rest of the project.

If anyone of the Rust-speaking people around feels like chiming in and help to solve the issue, please look at THRIFT-5111 and contact Allen George to check out the current state of the matters.
