Delphi offers the option to mark e.g. methods as being deprecated, optionally
including some helpful comment how to migrate the code. This should be
supported via a generic "deprecated" annotation, like so:

void Foo( ) ( deprecated = "Use Bar() instead" )
void Bar( ) ( deprecated ) // no comment this time
