I see, but my situation is very performance-sensitive so I would like to avoid 
any unnecessary memory copy, and it is ideal to use them in an as-is way.

I understand that Thrift is not mainly for automatic code generation, so I 
marked this issue as a minor improvement. But it is always not bad to have some 
additional features, as long as they do not interfere with other functions, 
right?

I do not think it is impossible. Both hashing and comparison are deterministic 
operations and can be fully controlled in the generated methods.
