The Dockerfiles under build/docker are no longer used and maintained, we
probably should remove them from the repository.
They were used before when we run Travis CI, now we use Github Actions instead
of Travis CI.
[~jensg] are you aware of any other cases those Dockerfiles are still needed
and should be kept in the repository?
