Type the remaining untyped private helpers in TJSONProtocol.php (13 methods) 
plus all JSON/SimpleJSON Context classes 
(BaseContext/ListContext/PairContext/MapContext/StructContext/Context), 
LookaheadReader, and CollectionMapKeyException. Internal helpers only; no 
public API change.
