Jeremias - thanks for the PDF. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing the custom 
metadata come through :( It only seems to have the normal metadata entries:
 COSName{Author} Author
 COSName{Creator} Creator
 COSName{CreationDate} CreationDate
 COSName{ModDate} ModDate
 COSName{Producer} Producer
 COSName{Title} Title
