CompositeParserTest and PatternsTest

Hi All

We now seem to have two classes for both CompositeParserTest and 
PatternsTest, one in core and one in parsers. Should we rationalise this 
to only having the one for each? (Only my eclipse is objecting if nothing 
else...!)
