It seems to be commonly used when expressing multi-valued XMP fields so
particularly useful when setting up metadata definitions for parser components,
in particular, org.apache.tika.parser.xml.ElementMetadataHandler which I've
extended to support bags and will submit as a separate issue shortly, dependent
on this one.
