It's a Windows thing, because Windows won't let you delete an open file, while 
other platforms are happy to

I think the issue is that something is opening the file and not closing it. 
It'll be outside of the TemporaryResources though, which is what'll make it 
hard to track down (I've read the code flow through several times and I can't 
spot it...)
