Hey Tika PMC'ers, The Any23 podling is preparing to hold a graduation VOTE. The community feels that it would be best to graduate to a TLP. We've made a release, added new committers, communicated on list and in the spirit of the Apache way.
Since the Tika PMC agreed to sponsor the Any23 project, we are performing our due diligence here in asking for lazy consensus approval from the Tika PMC to hold our graduation VOTE.
